Do not go by the Size Chart. Buy your normal size
I bought a couple of these hoodies in a XXL since the size chart states this size is for a 44-47'"chest and to size up if in between sizes. I wear a size 44R suit jacket and am 5'10" 195#. The XXL measures 28" armpit to armpit. Most of my hoodies measure 24-25". I'll be returning these for a size Large.
