Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!
Earn points by making purchases, following our socials, and more! Check out the “Ways to Earn” section for details.
Log in, visit your dashboard, and select the “Ways to Redeem” section to redeem your points for rewards.
First, log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page. You can also navigate to your dedicated rewards page to view your points balance.
You’ve earned it! Your current status remains active for the remainder of this year and the entirety of the next. While your spending balance resets every January 1st, this gives you a full extra year of to enjoy your perks while you work toward requalifying for the future.
Detailed Example:
- James joins on February 1, 2026 and spends $250 → becomes Voyager
- James does some Spring shopping in 2026, $300 worth (2026 total: $550) → becomes Pioneer. Pioneer status remains through the next year (all of 2027)
- January 1, 2027 - Calendar Reset: 2026 spend no longer counts towards status.
- James starts fresh at $0 of spend for 2027
- Must spend $500+ in 2027 to maintain Pioneer status for 2028
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Rewards expire one year after the rewards are activated in the account.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it. This is for fraud protection, and you will still get your points after approximately 30 days.
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
You will receive an email with a link to a collection of free gift options. The email will include the discount code to apply to your order. A minimum purchase of $20 is required to receive the free gift.
