Bearbottom gift cards can be entered at checkout on the right-hand side in the field "Gift card or discount code."
Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST ship the next business day. Please allow 2-5 business days. For more info, visit our shipping page here.
No worries! Your tracking number may take 24 hours until becoming active. If you still have any issues or concerns, please email us at sales@bearbottomclothing.com.
Our warehouse is located in sunny Tampa, Florida.
Returns
Please visit our returns and exchanges info page here. You will need your order number and shipping postal code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
If you would like to return your order, we will deduct CA$15 for return shipping and handling from your refund. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10-12 business days of you shipping your order back to us.
