Return FAQ
If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return the items for a refund to your original payment method within 30 days from when your order was placed. Please click here to start a return. A refund will be issued after we have received your order back. We deduct a flat fee of CA$15 for the return shipping and handling fee. This fee will not be deducted if you choose to receive a gift card instead of a refund to your original payment method. Duties and taxes paid as part of your original order will not be refunded. We do not offer exchanges for orders shipped to Canada. Products must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.
Please contact sales@bearbottomclothing.com and we can assist you. If you do not contact us in advance, it will result in a delayed refund.
Final Sale items cannot be returned for any reason. If you have any issues please contact us at sales@bearbottomclothing.com within 5 days for assistance.
If you would like to return your order, we will deduct CA$15 for return shipping and handling from your refund. Refunds for returns will be processed within 10-12 business days of you shipping your order back to us.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Unfortunately, packages can sometimes be prematurely marked "delivered" by our shipping partners. They typically end up being delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please contact our customer service team at sales@bearbottomclothing.com.
