Holiday Return Extension

All purchases between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for exchange / return until January 31, 2022

During the first 30 days you may exchange unworn and unwashed items with the tags still on for a different size, style, or gift card.
Easy Returns
During the first 30 days you may return your order for a refund. Please note there is a $6.95 shipping and handling fee.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of your order date. Products must be unworn and unwashed with the tag still attached. Please click here to start an exchange. After you have shipped back your order, we will ship out your exchange within 2 business days. Total exchange time is typically less than 7 business days. Please note that we only allow 1 round of exchanges per order.

1. Go to our exchange form here and enter your order number and shipping zip code

2. Select the item you'd like to exchange

3. Select the reason why you are making the exchange

4. Select "Return item"

5. On the bottom click "Continue with exchange / return"

6. Select "Shop Now"

7. From here you can browse our site and choose the item to which you'd like to receive in exchange

8. When you are finished adding the item(s) to your cart, hit "Checkout," and it will redirect you back to the exchange/return portal

Don't forget to click "Submit Return" to complete the process so you can print your prepaid shipping label

Total exchange time is typically less than 7 business days. After you have shipped your order back using the prepaid label, we ship out your exchange within 2 business days.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return the items for a refund within 30 days from when your order was placed. Please click here to start a return. A refund will be issued after we have received your order back. We deduct a flat fee of $6.95 for the return shipping and handling. This fee will not be deducted if you choose to receive a gift card instead of a refund to your original payment method. Products must be unworn and unwashed with the tags still attached.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. If you have any issues please contact us at sales@bearbottomclothing.com within 5 days for assistance.

If you would like to return your order, we will deduct $6.95 for return shipping and handling from your refund. Refunds for returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of you shipping your order back to us.

If you need to exchange/return a gift please click here to get started. You will need the order number and shipping zip code, which can be found on the shipping label on the exterior of the package. If you do not have the original packaging, please scroll to the bottom of the return page and select "Don't have your order information."

Please note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery. Unfortunately, packages can sometimes be prematurely marked "delivered" by our shipping partners. They typically end up being delivered within 2 business days of being marked "delivered". If you still have not received your package after 2 business days please contact our customer service team at sales@bearbottomclothing.com.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality clothing that is free of manufacturing defects. We will happily replace any defective items. Please email sales@bearbottomclothing.com with your name, Order ID # and a photo of the damage. Items damaged due to incorrect washing or normal wear are not eligible for return.
