Order Questions

Our easy to read size guide will help you find the perfect fit. But hey, if you have any problems with your order, you can always exchange it for free within 30 days.

Bearbottom gift cards can be entered at checkout on the right-hand side in the field "Gift card or discount code."

Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST ship the next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for Priority Shipping and 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping. P.O. Boxes require 1 extra business day with Priority Shipping. For more info, visit our shipping page here.

No worries! Your tracking number may take 24 hours until becoming active. If you still have any issues or concerns, please email us at sales@bearbottomclothing.com.

Our warehouse is located in sunny Tampa, Florida.

We use USPS to provide low-cost shipping to United States military bases across the globe. 

We do not offer international shipping other than to U.S. Military bases. We are working on implementing it in the future!

Return Bar

We partner with Happy Returns by PayPal to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return here, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed by Happy Returns to complete your return drop-off in less than a minute.

Mail Returns

Please visit our returns and exchanges info page here. You will need your order number and shipping zip code. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

The turnaround for exchanges is approximately 7 days. If you have a question about the status of your return or exchange, feel free to email us at sales@bearbottomclothing.com.
