Stretch Chino Short

I love all my other Bearbottom products, but this one, sadly, fell short for me. I like the length and the fit and the style, plus it is quite comfortable. But the fabric is a dirt magnet. I got the black color and even after coming out of the wash it shows residues and lint. It has a peachy finish which initially I thought I would like but it very quickly ends up looking dingy and dusty as you wear throughout the day. This peachy finish also gets clammy when you sweat (I live in a hot climate, so this not desirable). Another (potentially strange) complaint, but the sound of the shorts is abrasive: they make a noticable "swish, swish" noise when you walk which I don't love. Still like Bearbottom but I think these shorts need a bit of an update.

Solid as expected. Doesn’t use any weird materials, no weird pocket placements.

The only slightest knock is occasionally I’ll get a “swishing” noise as the material rubs together. But it’s not enough to stop me from buying another pair.

I bought the Alto and these (Chino) style shorts both in black to see which one I wanted. I ended up keeping both because they fit great, feel great, and the color black is perfect. I got the M 7in inseam, I'm 5'9 175

Wearing them now for the first time. Comfy and casual and lightweight and breathable and trendy. All the right parts for a cool short.

They fit perfect, really comfortable. I was in-between sizes of XL and L, I went with a large, they do run a little big, and fit great if you have big legs.
