Leg's creep up when sitting down

I do like the shorts, the quality seems amazing and they are quite comfortable....as long as I'm standing or walking. When I sit down the legs have a tendency to creep up the legs and I'm constantly pulling them back down. If there was a 9" inseam option that would probably solve the problem.
