What is Garment Dyeing?

In traditional apparel manufacturing, huge rolls of fabric are dyed a specific color before they are ever cut and sewn into clothing (this is called fabric dyeing). Garment dyeing flips that script. We cut and sew our shorts first, using undyed, raw fabric. Only after the shorts are completely constructed do we plunge the finished garments into the dye bath.
